On 9 November 2023, Prof. Dr. Sarah Ebling gave a presentation on "Zugang zu Behördeninformationen und -kommunikation mit KI" (Access to government information and communication with AI), an aspect of our flagship, as part of the event "Forum Digitale Kommunikation". The event was organized by DVS (digital-public-services-switzerland) and dedicated to the topic of easy access to government services with AI.
